What that looked like
I owned roadmap, architecture, code review and every production release across 10+ plugin surfaces, from Figma and After Effects to Canva, Framer, Webflow and VS Code. That came to 200+ releases, and Figma plugin installs passed 1M+ during my tenure.
I built the agent infrastructure the team worked inside: instruction architecture, a custom skills library, autonomous issue-driven development loops, and AI-in-the-loop render verification wired into the definition of done. Designers adopted it too, not just engineers.
The After Effects render error rate fell from ~4% to ~0.3% once I isolated the failure classes. On the Figma side, export failures stopped being dead ends and started explaining themselves.

Acting technical lead for the plugins team at LottieFiles: what planning, review and release have to become when the unit of ownership is an entire surface area rather than one product.
The After Effects render crisis
A render pipeline failing in the field with no account of why: the work of separating one undifferentiated problem into failure classes specific enough to fix one at a time.
Agentic development infrastructure
Agents as something a team builds on rather than as a personal habit: what had to exist, and what had to be proved, before a whole team would work inside them by default.
Wildermarch
A 2 to 4 player fantasy hex-tile strategy game: face-down tile exploration, a four-resource economy, dungeon raids, and secret win conditions.
